Junior Church
Each Sunday morning during worship, children ages 3 to 10 are invited to attend Junior Church, a message geared just for children. Children are dismissed before the scripture reading and return to the sanctuary immediately following the sermon. Junior Church meets in the Prayer Room, located just off the main hallway across from the sanctuary.
 
 
Kids Rock

Kids Rock is out our Thursday night program just for children. The program runs from 6:00 until 7:30. The program consists of art, Bible stories, and choir.
 
 

 
 
Nursery

Greensburg First operates a nursery for infants and children under five every Sunday during the 10:45 worship service and throughout the year during special evening services. Your child will enjoy a Bible story, craft, snack and free play in our warm and cheerful nursery.

The nursery is staffed by at least two adults (with background clearances) and provides a safe place for parents to leave children so that they may fully participate in worship. Pagers are provided to parents in case of emergency during the service.

The nursery is located just down the hallway from the sanctuary (to the right as you enter the front doors).

Sunday Church School

At Greensburg First, we have classes for all ages and we would love to get you or your children connected in a class where your ideas will be honored and your faith accepted. All classes meet at 9:30 on Sunday morning.

 

Children will be taught the fundamentals of the Christian faith while adults will explore the Bible and what it teaches us about living in the 21st Century.

Thursdays Together

"Thursdays Together" is a weekly schedule of events we believe offers something for everyone in the way of fellowship, ministry, and/or service. The 2011-2012 program will be in September.
